In order to share your Doup profile using the NFC product, 'NFC reading' must be enabled in the other person's phone settings. Also, you can share your business card profile with the QR code or a unique link.

In order for your contacts to be saved on another person's phone, pressing the 'Add to address book' button is not enough. To save contacts on iPhones, after clicking the 'Add to address book', click the 'Create new contact' button and then save the contacts. On Android phones, you need to open or download the contact file, open it through Safari, Chrome or another browser, and then save the contacts to your phone.

All Doup cards and stickers have an integrated NFC chip. To share your contact information with another person using NFC technology, touch your card or sticker to the person` mobile phone. This will bring up a link on the other person` mobile phone, which will direct them to your Doup account.

iOS (iPhone 8, X, 11, 12, 13, SE):
To share your contact information with iPhone holders, place your Doup card or sticker on the top of the phone (preferably on the back) and hold it until a Doup link appears on your phone. In order for the phone to scan your card, you need to touch it from a distance of no more than 2 cm.
Important! In order for the phone to detect your card, the phone must be unlocked with the camera turned off, not in "flight" mode. If the phone can`t read the card, try locking it and unlocking it again.

Android (Huawei, Samsung, HTC, LG, Nokia, OnePLus):
To share your contact information with Android operating phone holders, place your Doup card or sticker in the middle of the back of the phone (under the rear camera) and hold it until a Doup link appears on your phone. In order for the phone to scan your card, you need to touch it from a distance of no more than 2 cm.
Important! In order for the phone to detect your card, the phone must be unlocked with the camera turned off, not in "flight" mode. If the phone cannot scan the card, try locking and unlocking it again. In addition, NFC connection reading must be enabled in the phone settings. You can do this by entering the keyword "NFC" in the phone search and activating its "reading" (NFC Reader).
